After processing, packages are shipped via USPS Mail Service and generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lux Formulas is not responsible for:

• carrier delays

• weather disruptions

• lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customers

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of made-to-order wellness support products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Opened products cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons.
