Processing Time
All Lux Formulas orders are made-to-order and require a standard processing period of up to 3 business days before shipment.
During this time:

• formulas are prepared

• orders are organized

• packaging and fulfillment are completed

Processing times may vary slightly during high-order volume periods.
Shipping Method
After processing is completed, orders are shipped via USPS Mail Service.
Estimated USPS delivery time:

• 3–5 business days within the United States

Shipping estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Delays
LUX FORMULAS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS transit delays

• weather conditions

• holidays

• carrier disruptions

• incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LUX FORMULAS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS.
If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact USPS directly using the provided tracking number.
