Made-to-Order Policy

All LUX FORMULAS formulas, tinctures, and support packages are prepared and fulfilled specifically for each customer order.

Because of this:

• orders begin processing shortly after purchase
• production and fulfillment resources are allocated immediately
• products are considered custom wellness support orders

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment preparation has started.

No Returns on Opened Products
